Contract breaches, delays, cancellations, accidents, or any other issues occurring during service delivery.

At Andes Journey, we strive to ensure you have an excellent experience when booking adventure tourism activities. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we offer a clear and fair refund policy for both our customers and providers.
Eligibility for a refund depends on several factors, such as the nature of the booked service, the provider’s individual policy, and the cancellation timeframes. Andes Journey acts solely as an intermediary between customers and providers; therefore, refund requests are subject to each provider’s specific policies.
More than 7 days before the activity: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
Between 3 and 7 days before the activity: If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 3 days before the activity: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the activity are not eligible for a refund, unless exceptions are approved by the provider.
No-show: If you do not show up at the agreed place and time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
A rescheduling of the activity on an alternative date.
A full refund if you choose not to reschedule.

Please include your booking number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
Requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your request.
Payments via PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal may apply refund fees in accordance with their policies.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds to cards may take 10–15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Other Payment Methods: If you used other payment methods, refund times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
Non-Refundable Activities: Some special services, promotions, or activities may be non-refundable. In such cases, this condition will be clearly stated in the activity description.
Promo Codes and Credits: Bookings made using promo codes or credits are not eligible for a cash refund but may be refunded as credit for future bookings on the platform.
In case of overbooking or errors in activity availability by the provider:
We will notify you as soon as possible.
You may choose a full refund or to reschedule the activity to a convenient date.
Andes Journey is not responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from a provider’s failure to comply with their cancellation and refund policies. Any further disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the provider.

Enjoy Your Experience: On the day of the activity, simply follow the instructions provided by the provider. Andes Journey is not responsible for the execution of the activity or the experience itself.

Each provider must meet our minimum standards of quality and safety before being listed on our platform. However, we do not take responsibility for the operation or performance of these providers, as they act independently.

Our business model is based on booking commissions. When a customer books an activity through our platform, Andes Journey receives a small commission from the total booking price. We do not charge subscription fees or hidden costs. The price you see at checkout is the final price—no additional service fees.
While Andes Journey takes steps to prevent overbookings, they may occasionally occur due to simultaneous inventory updates by providers. If your booking is affected by overbooking:
Immediate Notification: You will be informed as soon as possible by the provider or by us.
Alternative Options: You will be offered the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
Refunds: If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Andes Journey is not responsible for any damages or inconveniences arising from overbookings, as availability management is the sole responsibility of the provider.
